The Sports Ministry with JP & Destry is Southwest Florida's only LIVE call-in sports-talk radio show! (Go ahead. Check for yourself. We'll still be here when you come back.) They talk about all the hottest and latest news regarding local, regional, state, national, and international sports, including Tampa Bay Buccaneers football, Tampa Bay Rays baseball, Tampa Bay Lightning ice hockey, and Orlando Magic basketball. (Of course, there is always a lot of action at the college and high school levels, too.)

TSM Radio Network joins forces with WTMY 1280 AM to launch 24/7 Sports station in Sarasota Florida
Sarasota, fl: Starting August 15th, WTMY 1280 AM is switching it’s format to become 24/7 Sports, and partnering with the TSM Radio Network to provide excellent local sports talk programming. TSM Radio Network will launch its flagship show The Sports Ministry on August 15th, airing Monday thru Friday from Noon to 3pm. TSM Radio Network will be providing WTMY 1280 AM with multiple shows including its morning drive show Spitz On Sports airing Monday thru Friday 6 to 9 am, A live weekly locker room show with Super Bowl Champion and current NFL player Anthony Hargrove on Tuesday evenings. Rounding out the TSM Radio Network programming block will be Overtime with Josh Grant (voice of the Charlotte Stone Crabs) each Thursday evening. Phil Russell, station manager at WTMY, believes that having the TSM Radio Network as part of WTMY’s programming block will help the transition into 24hr sports and dominate the marketplace while providing listeners with a unique style of sports talk.
